I think that would be less optimal Drakeos.

There are a few openers to chose and one of them should be used (with few alterations depending on fight).

Outside the opener you should always do something like this (DoTs/Shadowflare kept up, Egi-Buffs on CD, yadda, yadda):

Ruin2+Fester(last AF-Stack) ->
Ruin2+Raging Strikes+AF ->
Ruin2+DWT+Fester ->
Ruin2+Tridisaster+Contagion*** ->
3xRuin3 ->
Ruin2+Fester+Deathflare

......delay 3rd Fester until 10s AA left, repeat.

***Since Contagion is a pet action it can be applied while Casting or any casting-animation, so you just have to click/press it right after Tri-Disaster. Trade one Ruin3 for Ruin2+Bane if you want to use Bane (i think this will happen mostly in A2) and Contagion is applied.

Trade Festers for Painflares depending on content (e.g. Ravana butterflies, especially when on top of Ravana or stacked)

Uh, save Tri-Disaster to apply your DoTs while Dreadwyrm Trance is active and then use Contagion to extend your buffed DoTs.
