Summoner doesnt need to be nerfed. Just lowering the recast on purify to like 60 seconds like it was suggested earlier would be enough imo. 2 min and 30 seconds is way too long a cooldown now with the introduction of tri-disaster as it now forces melee types to hold on to their purify for the inevitable tri-disaster that they will be getting hit with at some point (with all the bandwagon summoners rolling out now) and are therefore susceptible to every single crowd control ability thrown at them (since the priority of things like bind and sleep have now dropped). To make matters worse once they do pop purify you have effectively taken that job out of future skirmishes for 2 min and 30 sec cause unless they rolling with lots of heals in their party (which is clearly not always the case) they will have to retreat to the backlines as only a fool is gonna jump in and engage other teams with all those smns lurking and without purify. This of course would all be mitigated somewhat if each party had an adequate amount of heals in them but this is still duty finder and parties are made with no pre-set composition requiring healers like in PVE. Therefore having purify on so long a timer on the premise that you could potentially have enough heals to make due even with all the status effects being thrown around doesnt make sense to me.

Long story short while smn is indeed strong now (especially in numbers) I don't feel nerfing them is needed to bring more balance. They are still a proverbial glass cannon and are arguably the easiest job in the game to kill next to blm if they arent protected by allies or are isolated. Also some ninja dying to a lone smn somewhere in the middle of nowhere is not representative of smn being overpowered. This ninja either never heard of purify or attacked a smn with missing cooldowns so he pretty much deserved to die and live with that shame. Contrary to what that story would lead you to believe no melee is gonna fear a smn in a one on one scenario. The melee still holds all the cards against any caster at close range and isolated which is why they salivate when they see casters trying to lone man (of course the good ones at the top of kill leaderboards never do) as its often a free kill. The only jobs that have "flee on sight" status in isolated one on one skirmishes against melee (given equal skill) are still only tanks (with this sentiment being multiplied exponentially regarding wars).
