Better to nip that bud when they are youngins.

If a tank stops, you kick him. He will needs to learn that if someone tanks better then he should be DPSing.

Adaptability is a skill many people need to learn, you should not have to see a video to learn very simple mechanics of fights. The hardest dungeon right now is Aurum Vale, that is the only dungeon out of any Non-Savage, Non-Coil Raid I recommend saying. Everything else is simple and you can learn easily just by watching.

Unfortunately MMOs these days are Solo-Friendly games where you can pop in a duty finder and never have to talk to anyone again. There are no contested zones and no content your fighting and racing for. So you are not encouraged to rush and press forward but take your time, which to me is the reason MMOs are so boring these days. Fighting for content and racing are cut-out of every modern MMO, and the best players are the ones who remember the old times. =P
My response to this garbage is /sit and watch you die. You can either knock that crap off and we can continue the run, or you can kick me and wait for some other tank to come in, however long that'll be.

If you want to tank a dungeon, then you can damned well queue as a tank. Otherwise, you stand back and heal/dps and let me do my job, at whatever pace I feel like going that day.
