It will be a little while before we can go there ourselves... The SS Rubber Ducky has fallen into so bad luck with unlocking sectors it seems XD we have visited sector 11 several times (i think 6 or 7) and still no 13 or 15.
Sounds like the ELITE. Only have 1-12 unlocked right now, and the airship is rank 49! I wonder if unlocking has something to do with FC size? Or even what server you are on.
