SE is not even close to that point. The only "armor" that they've ever released in the cash shop ARE obtainable in-game when they were released during the events. If you missed it, that's your problem. Sure, vanity is important to you, I get it. As for those dyes, the cash shop isn't the only way to obtain it. You can get those from retainer ventures. Go google it.(you don't mind hardship, yes?) The only thing left are the minions, which are NOT vanity, but if you still want them, go get it.
