Allows you to stay in deliverance for ezpz stuff like b2b rapid severs to another good mitigation to fill out rotation and stacks for stuff like a4 tank busters and ravana ex hits. Parry is not garbage for wars, maybe garbage for pld or drk, but I don't play zzz tanks
