Things I'm starting to hate on AST

Another issue, or rather the bigger issue, is that AST buffs are inconsistent. Hitting all 8 people with Selene's haste will be slightly weaker vs hitting all 8 people with an expanded arrow (which is stronger than hitting one person with a full buff), however it quickly diminishes its effectiveness the moment the AST stops getting perfect draws every turn. Any time they get a card that doesn't RR into expanded on one turn, and then anything that isn't arrow/balance the next, it starts to fall behind Fey Wind since Selene can cast it every 60 sec no matter what. What's more, is SCH can also drop sacred soil every 30 sec for 15 sec to get the same effect as bole.

All things considered, card buffs just aren't very good. They aren't really any more powerful than most other group buffs in the game, yet seem to have a heavy cost attached to them cause raisins.

The most true post I have seen since the job came out over a month ago. If the threads would not rehash everything even if I do not agree with how weak some people make it out to be I would not have to rehash my defending the job nightly.

I have all 3 healer classes at 60. AST really is that weak when compared to them. It can do content sure, but it's still in need of some serious help. Go level the other two healers yourself and you'll understand.

150-160 dps through an entire run which is on par with scholar personal dps.

as much as I disagree with Vlady, he was saying 150-160 more than the Astrologians personal DPS in that post.
He ridicules himself often enough here there is no need to take single statements out of context.

I have all healers at 60 as well, and have had zero issues healing on AST including the EX primals so far. That said, I have no interest in Alex Salvage given what it yields.

That said, it could use a few adjustments still, but hardly warrants all the forum complaint threads.

My AST is only 58, but even though I enjoy playing it, I dread going into dungeons with it. Especially The Vault. That last boss. Oh my god. I had to pop hi elixir on cooldown due to the heavy healing. I think it has been improved due to the buffs. But in my opinion it still needs work to bring it up to par with the other two healers.
