Personal housing time limit?

I think saving up for a house for 3 months of time suggests quite a bit of commitment.

Houses are a commitment, but like real life you shouldn't be allowed to keep one if you can't afford the mortgage payments. Logging in once a month doesn't sound like all that tough a 'payment', either.
