You are wrong in quite things. First of all dont relate the bela'dians with the allagans they have not relation at all. Is about Qarn where are speculating, but there is still no hard evidence

The start of the 3rd astral era meaned the begining of the allagan empire. The crystal tower was made after xande's first dead as a monument to honor him and as a building that showed the full mighty of the allagans
Dalamud and Azys' la were made very late on the astral era, on the final years of the empire. We know that Dalamud was made on xande's second reing. So yea se see a great tecnology difference on CT and damalud. but also wasnt just because of advance tecnology. Is also like a society differece, Crystal Tower and Fractal Continium where like places where people visit often, a castle, a musem etc, Dalamud was a super tech prision and machine, and Azys la is like a lab or recerch facility. If you look a house, a museum, a palace, and then you see a lab, a military base. You wont see a difference? so isnt only an age difference is also a society difference too.

Yes I think that long before allags appeared or probably at the begining of the allag empire, they worship azeyma, aka the sun. But after that with alll their advance in tecnology and cultural society, they stop doing it but they still gave importance to the sun, since it was the SUN their ilimitless source of energy
