Is that worth it, or should I still just be patient and get the weapon next week?
I am having this struggle too, I really want to go for weapon, but as someone in my static points out, going from that 180 body to the 200 body will be big increase in VIT, Defense and MDefense, helping with overall survivablity.

Surviability wasn't as much of my issue, as much as trying to figure out what would be the stat weight comparisons... in between 180 -> 200 body, in comparison to 190 -> 200 weapon. Tho everyone is stating the increase from 190 -> 200 weapon would be higher damage in comparison.

    Body 180 iLv / Body 200 iLv
    +78 Str / +93 Str = +15 Str
    +78 Vit / +97 Vit = +19 Vit
    +69 Acc /+86 Acc = +17 Acc
    +46 Det / +60 Crt = +60 Crit/-46 Det

    Vs.

    Weapon iLv 190 / iLv 200

    Dmg 72 / Dmg 74 = +2 Dmg

    Str+92 / Str+101 = +9 Str
    Vit+94 / Vit+105 = + 11 Vit
    Crit+83 / Crit+92 = +9 Crit
    SS+58 / SS+64 = +6 SS

    So with body being
    Body
    +6 Str
    +60 Crit/-46 Det
    +8 Vit

of a increase, everyone has let me know that the extra +2 dmg and SS edges out those stat increases, from going weapon over body first.
