Also might be an issue with queing/clipping GCD i.e. hitting the key a few tenths of a second before the ability is actually back up.

Idk about that, I mean really it's almost like it accepts that I hit 4th but then BotD and the proc buff fall off before it executes the action/animation and it cancels it. To me it feels like a rounding problem, like the timer reads 21 sec but it's actually 20.5. Because it's literally like 1/2 sec from being able to execute. 21 sec should be enough time, even 20.5 theoretically should be. But for whatever reason it screws me at 21 sec. I don't usually have lag problems, using hardwired cat 6 with 50mbps connection.

I had exactly the same situation last night. But, with a lil more "information". I have been able to do the rotation with no worries with something like 620 SS. Than, last night, many of my static members were suffering with high latency spikes and, even with my WTFast saying I was in a pretty much stable 140ish ms ping, this same situation started ocurring.Idk about that, I mean really it's almost like it accepts that I hit 4th but then BotD and the proc buff fall off before it executes the action/animation and it cancels it. By the end of the night, I was without HQ foods, and my SS droped by 8. By that time, I was able, again, to hit GK with 21sec without a problem.
That made me think of something. Is there a way that we can calculate directly how much SS someone need in order to compensate latency? I mean, X SS for 1ms.
As a new DRG, I'm unsure if Det or Crit has higher returns. I've built a set using Ariyala's that seems to have more Det than the builds I've seen, but less Crit, and just wondering how viable it is. http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/R5AZ
620 Acc for higher savage runs if my static can ever work towards it (I'm unsure of acc requirements for back / flank in higher savages and a quick search didn't pull any immediate results)
733 Crit, which is lower than I've seen other builds
594 Det, which is higher than I've seen
590 SkS, which seems to be about where I want for 2.4.
If anyone has any input, namely on stat weights for crit vs dex, it would be greatly appreciated.
