    That was me not being clear. What I meant was that I leveled to 50 (with the summoner) in order to be able to pick the Machinist.

    What I am asking is if you had intent on leveling MCH from the start, why did you not pick a job that benefits from it? Raging Strikes, Blood for Blood, and Invigorate are too good to pass up. If you leveled SMN and decided later you wanted to MCH is one thing. If you started and had MCH in mind from the beginning, you should of played BRD or DRG up to 50.
