Not true, change sp calculations for all members to reflect the sp received by the highest level in the party, and use a claim system just like what we have for NMs.

Nobody inside the party can PL, and nobody outside the party can PL.

You forgot nobody can help anyone ever and no one can save your life in a pinch.
