That's not even an option yet but it will be from what I hear....That's going to go over swell, I'm sure! Lower gear, people that you don't know who could have way worse play skills, classes like MCH in party who really need their dps adjusted (poor MCH)...what could go wrong?! ;p

I think you may have missed the point there. I was merely stating what I had done, in PF, with randoms, on a very low population, and not very progressive server. If you are on one of the more populated, older servers, this should be a much easier feat to accomplish. BEX is not that bad, it's the dps who are still living in the WoD days of being overgeared and not having do dodge anything, or pay attention to mechanics,let alone know a decent rotation that are bad. They are back into playing things at the appropriate lower level, and they cant hack it. Spoiled is what they are, and they need to snap out of it.

No issues with heals. I'm a whm. I've healed it with another whm, with a sch and with an astrologian. Never any issues from that side. The weather parts can be a bit tougher to heal/more demanding if people aren't all following the mechs but they rarely will ever die. Maybe if I were still ilvl 130, then it would likely be another story. I likely wouldn't be able to keep up with ''unfortunate mistakes'' that cost much more healing....but as it is now, it's not a problem. Even while on the carapace while one healer is on at the end, one healer can easily heal it while the other dps's since all the damage is concentrated in one very small area. Any healer no matter the class can keep up with that (at least now for sure-I cannot speak for the event with much lower gear)

Quite possibly, Whiteroom. I know that the DPS part is the part where we fail on the last carapace no matter the group really. As a WHM, this is what I do when it's my turn: aero 1, 2, stone 3 and assize. Of course, I use everything avail to me for speed (I can swift one spell) and have a few seconds of shortened cast time. I'm not sure what more I can do personally. I'm open to any suggestions to know that I'm doing my part at 100%. It's my responsibility to do my part so I take blame for any of my own wrong-doings...I'm in cleric stance too obviously. I could change my food from a healing one to a dps one for the last phase....The new food is fairly expensive or longer to farm so I'd rather not but if it'll get me a win, whatever. But I doubt that me changing food as a whm is going to make the difference required to break his last carapace.

You would think so, but then you have those runs where a lot of people seem to take unnecessary damage. For example, your response reminds me of every healers attitude in A1 today, cocky and this is a piece of cake, yet every group seemed to be suicidal. And in every group, where they healer didn't want to pick a side to heal, because we "have it so easy" in there, we failed, which was three runs straight. In contrast, my A4 groups were all one shotting it. You are just getting a lot of those A1 type groups in BEX right now because a lot of the more competent players have beat it and moved on. Now I find a lot of "The Carried" in there. The ones who have been carried in the past, so they think they are great, and rage when it doesn't work.

As far as WHM goes, I do a little dps, not a lot. This is because my groups always seem to take a lot of damage during the dps check phase, and if they can't clear the caripice on the first go, without healer help, they aren't clearing the check. I just use triple cream coffee as I have a stack of it. Really they shouldn't have to lb the adds, and be able to use that on the back. Right now, everyone can easily be ilvl 180, and if the dps can't dps fast enough at that level, its no fault or responsibility of the healers to make up for them being to lazy or inept to use a decent rotation. While I would agree that at that level, a healer has more time to dps, it is also less necessary for them to do it for a clear, it only helps to make the run a bit faster.

I'm not sure why you couldn't have just said that to begin with instead of throwing baseless accusations around or thinking that all competent people have done it or... I cleared this with all members going on, the many times I've ran afterwards to help friends if your Killin all adds far enough everyone jump on, if not splitting the group works best and the ppl not getting on help finish off the adds before next wave

SMN and SCH may jump off earlier than others the first time. Most times i got not RS back alreay when Bismark is first pulled (in last phase).
So I only stay 'bout half the time on back and therefor full time the second time he's pulled, all CDs are available and debuff worn off already.

I was trying to get answers as to why this event makes no sense. As for you feeling bad for Whiteroom, of course you would. They accused me of things, I said I wouldn't play that way, I'm a monster! I'm going to ask that this thread be locked. It's clearly not going to be different than most gaming forums...a few OP players who stick together and bash the player asking for answers. I didn't ask for a nerf btw. I'm not sure where you people are getting that. I asked for an explanation of content vs ilvl vs reward. Then the ''you group must suck, you must suck'' started. And of course, I'm such a bad person for stating my opinion that differs from that!
