This is how I think se should have done it eso should be item level 200 upgraded eso should be item level 210 with upgrade items being hunt rewards and Alex savage gear being item level 220. That way it would quite the elitist's. But make it so the casuals could upgrade their eso gear without having to do Alex savage.
