AF2? More like MYTH2 (Now upgradable.)

Am I the only one that's disappointed that the new AF are just a 2nd myth set only we can upgrade them.

Myth gear was AF1. Eso gear is AF2. Not sure what your point is.

Relic or whatever the new special weapon quest will be called is still coming later. The current stuff, I will just call esoteric weapons.

Yeah, gonna take a while to collect with a 450 week cap.

Yeo, it's roughly 6750 tomes for the full Esoteric Set. Which at a 450 Weekly Cap, it'll take 14 Weeks and 2 Days of maxing out Esoterics which is about 3.5 months of collecting them. 3.5 months should be 3.1 and if it's anything like 2.1 we won't get new gear in 3.1 right away aside from the next 24 player raid and new dungeons which will most likely drop the Ironworks stuff.

AF you got from quests.

AF (or AF0, as in AF+0) was the quest reward.

AF1 (as in, AF+1) was myth gear. It was AF0 gear with more colors

AF2 (AF+2, you got it) is Eso gear.

But have you SEEN the Summoner gear?

If I wore that as a male character, Elton John would tell me to tone it down.

It looks cute on girls but tell me why exactly male characters also have to wear a feminine off-shoulder top, a corset, a miniskirt, an asymmetrical white-and-lavender sparkly sleeve, and thigh-high socks with visible thigh gap?!

also i use this naming convention for af gear:
AF1 is your job quest gear
AF1.5 is myth gear
AF2 is esoteric gear.

I'm just glad those weapons in the tomes are not the relics. But that's just me I guess.

I'd say :
AF : quest
AF+1 : myth (same design, upgraded version)
AF2 : eso (new design)
AF2+1 : eso upgraded...

For each his own.

About the cost of gear, it's exactly the same price as myth, soldiery and poetic.
The only difference is the weapon :
Myth : no weapon (relic+1 only)
Soldiery : 1300 + tomestone
Poetic : 1300 + tomestone
Eso : 990 (no tomestone)
So all in all, it's better now.
