It's not that I don't raid or I don't want to raid. It's that on my server I can't find a raid group. I wouldn't have a problem if I could find a raid group. But like I said I can't get people to let me join their groups. Believe me I've tried. Even when coil was the thing it took me forever just to get through to turn 10 because of this same reason. The people on my server is the main problem not that I've got no interest cause I do I just can't seem to get people to let me join them for some reason.

If you can't find one to take you, ever thought of trying to recruit for your own? If it is hard on your server to find an accomodating static then there is probably others in the same situation as you. So just reach out to them.

Reason I won't start on is I feel I'm not leader material. I am more of a joiner then a leader. So for me to lead a group it be even more difficult on me.

I felt the same way before I started my static, you don't have to lead by yourself, you can get the others to help you out with the day to day things. Most people get stressed because they think that if they are the leader they have to do everything, which isn't the case. I get suggestions from my group members to find out what they want to do and how they want to progress then I make a list and go down it.
