Please SE make it so that there is another way for those who can't seem to get into Alex savage static groups. Are able to upgrade their weapons and armor they buy with estorics without having to do Alex savage. This is really a poor idea. Give people the ability to buy weapons and armor with their estorics but say no you can't upgrade them unless you do Alex savage. Some people try to get into statics for it but seem to no matter how hard they try other people just won't let them join. Me and my husband are in a 2 person fc so unless we get others to allow us to join their statics we are out of luck. Which to me isn't fair. I know it seems like we are complaining but we have tried for weeks to get into one without any luck.

No need to worry. It will likely become attached to a 24man raid in the future just as the upgrade items from Coil were attached to WoD via a weekly quest.

Personally, Im happy to see that the upgraded esoterics will be the same ilvl as the savage upgraded gear. So if you dont like raiding you can still be competitive in other means.

As they said above, they will eventually make it available through other means. The upgrade items being available in raid first is really meant to help clear that content easier for them as they farm it.

For now, it's best not to worry since if you're not raiding you don't NEED the highest ilevel gear. Just wait for the 24 man to be implemented and get it then.

This begs the question, why do you need to be competitive if you dont like raiding...?
