I'm sorry, but you're completely wrong. I've solo healed everything in HW except for A4 and have actually had time and MP to help DPS on some of them like Ravana ex and A1-3. If you have two healers and neither of them are using downtime to DPS then they're slacking terribly and absolutely need to play better. The lack of accuracy is absolutely not an excuse to sit and do nothing when there's no healing required.

Well if you want to waste MP and time with probably a 50% chance to hit do it. Anyhow Alexander is still fairly easy because is normal mode, but I'm sure in Savage you wont have time to trying to DPS as a healer. Also enemies should have higher stats so you will miss your spells even more.
