Can we please get a serious 24-man raid in 3.1?

I am against the very idea of a 24 premade raid that rivals Alexander difficulty. Here is my reasons:

1. 24 man raids require a whole knew balance in classes and mobs.
2. New boss mechanics must be introduced aside from 8 man raids.
3. It is wasted content. It is so much easier for raiders to get the same amount of armor for a 8 man than 24 man.
4. Why the hell would a FC ever do a 24 man over a 8 man other than the silly idea of it being big?
5. Even if you up the item level of a 24 man from 8 man you are now segregating smaller FC's who raid.
6. Raids cost time and money. If you introduce a new raid something else may be removed or will not be introduced in the content list.
7. It is a gamble that FF probably does not have interest in dealing with. Millions of dollars a new raid would cost.
If no one runs it Yoshi P. would have to tell them why he just lost all that money. I don't think FF has the budget for that yet.
8. It is probably not in Yoshi P's vision in his game.
