    Typically I'm more concerned with making sure I'm not standing in stuff I shouldn't be standing in and finding that guy that's way over in the middle of BFE that desperately needs heals or whatever.

    i don't just mindlessly stare at HP bars. Those are off to the side and quite frankly, I miss my full on mouseover healing from WoW. My UI was set up so that everythinng important was in the lower center part of my screen so I could see if I was standing in something and needed to move,and didn't have to full screen scan.

    It's only really relevant in 8+ player stuff anyway.

    Every good healer needs to be able to keep an eye on everything at once. If watching health bars along with moving, seeing boss attacks, and keeping an eye on your team is too much then maybe healing isn't for you. A good healer is aware of and watching everything that's going on so we can act appropriately.
