What's a good time to pop Armor Crush? I try to reapply it when the buff has less than 10 seconds left.

Edit: Bonus question: How do Ninjas on a controller handle the ability bloat? It's not possible to fit everything on all 32 slots(R2+L2, L2+R2, regular cross bars) without either dropping some skills which is what i'm doing(dropped wasp poison, hide, and two pot slots) or resorting to manually switching hotbars
