If anything WM makes the job easier, not harder. Before to do maximum DPS you needed to be on your DoT's/oGCD's/procs and buff alignment, it was much more fast paced because there was zero downtime to do so, the cast times have slowed the job down significantly. I actually find it much more peaceful, I still prefer the way the job played for the last 2/2.5/3 years (however long it's been since release), but to make it sound like the change has made the job more difficult is showing a distinct lack of knowledge of how the job was properly played prior to and now.
