I might be going crazy, but I could swear that Enochian sometimes bugs out and only gives you 15 seconds of it when you use it without the buff. Would at least fix that, if nothing else. You might get +5% to your UI phase in third rotation with the change, but not sure if that's viable or really worth anything.
