Did I say do only 10 runs and you're maxed ilvl190? Nope didn't think so. I said 4-8 tokens per piece of gear. That's 44-88 runs, not 10..... And my MMO history is FFXI for 10 years, where they did stuff right 90% of the time, unlike XIV where they get it right 40% of the time.

You didn't just say 4 tokens per piece...

So you play a video game that you think is bad 60% of the time? lol... That must be some life.
