I'm not even kidding (of course make it to where it fits in an MMO though). IX had some of the best spell animations in all of the FF titles (IMO). And they kinda went meh after. Although XIII's were very pretty~ Spells should be flashy, and make you go OHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHH when you cast one.

lol Aly I love your drawingsOn a related note, I think it would be cool if there was an option to toggle an effect that lets the caster see the circular/conical radius of their AoEs. It could be displayed when you select the ability, before you use it.
