    This still remains true, yes?
Not exactly sure what you are asking but 9 gcd in Berserk was the standard with 390 sks in ARR. In HW idk what the new sks cap since I'm still leveling War myself but I'm told its around 460 and it's still 9 gcd's in berserk at 460. Not sure if it is true but that would mean that the numbers were just inflated and it would require a large amount to even hit 10 (possibly 700+), which was what I was hoping would happen in HW but sadly it looks like it won't be a reality. The reason I do my rotation that way is because I get the aggro and SE debuff before opening into Berserk. The first two moves in that rotation is a back to back Fell Cleave and a third one to end it. As for opener's here's how mine looks:

Opener: Tomahawk > Heavy Swing > Skull Sunder > Butcher Block > Switch to Deliverance + Bloodbath > Heavy Swing > Maim > Storm's Eye. (you should be at 4 abandon by now)

Berserk Rotation:: Heavy Swing > Potion (optional) + Internal Release + Berserk* > Fell Cleave > Infuriate > Fell Cleave > Skull Sunder > Butcher Block > Vengeance > Heavy Swing > Skull Sunder > Butcher Block > Fell Cleave > Fracture?

*= you need to time it so that the Fell Cleave cuts the Berserk animation short for this to work which is why I put Internal Release before Berserk. I normally wait till the timer resets then use Berserk and immediately start mashing Fell Cleave.
?= you can fit the fracture at the end but since idk what the sks cap is I'm always at roughly 2 seconds left in berserk (tested with 458 sks). This also doesn't take into account Brutal swing which you can fit anywhere. I normally use it anytime during the Opener so it's back up during the Berserk. If you feel you need more aggro use it in Defiance, if you want more damage use it when you switch to Deliverance.

Warriors have insane hate management, especially if you crit the Fell Cleaves. I've been in dungeons with two melee's and only needed to do one BB combo before switching to Deliverance for the rest of the fight so as long as you got aggro at the start its gg tanking.
