Um...people have gone to jail because they've ordered 18+ visual novel games with Lolis in them. So yes, even looking at pictures of drawn lolis depending on the picture and what country you're in is in fact 100% illegal. And it doesn't matter if it's legal in "most" countries, what matters if it's legal in the regions this game is hosted in. And for most of them, it most certainly is not.

yes people have gone to jail, largely because the subsection that excludes printed/animated depictions is largely worded horribly. most of the time, someone sees something that looks like a kid, they will say its a kid, and tie it to the real world, when there is no connection at all.

@Fortified, no, i think this is still within the guidelines to be about 14, as both sides are saying why or why not OPs request would or wouldnt be fullfiled(i dont think it would happen). we all just so happen to be using other things to help the debate.
