yes people have gone to jail, largely because the subsection that excludes printed/animated depictions is largely worded horribly. most of the time, someone sees something that looks like a kid, they will say its a kid, and tie it to the real world, when there is no connection at all.

@Fortified, no, i think this is still within the guidelines to be about 14, as both sides are saying why or why not OPs request would or wouldnt be fullfiled(i dont think it would happen). we all just so happen to be using other things to help the debate.

They still have the tools to prove that they are innocent (law), i assume you are talking about United States in this case?. And my post was not aimed for OP. It was for those who started the witch hunt on this thread

Pedophilia is not a race and no one is saying loli is illegal. It's just a lot of people aren't comfortable with a "loli" race.

Now please lock this thread. It has gotten to the point where it's just a debate on lolicon. This has nothing to do with Final Fantasy XIV.
