    It really depends on why it was held in customs. If it was because they didn't fill out the Customs Declaration Form properly, then it's indeed their own doing. But if it's just because Customs decided they wanted to hold the packages, there's a limit to how much they can control it. They already did allow an extra week to allow for these sorts of issues, and shipped it a week early, but nobody really tells the CBSA what to do. They can hold things for a month if they want, with or without justification.

    Now, should they try to make amends in the meantime? Sure. But unless they filled out the declaration form wrong and thus caused this mess (which I suspect), there's a limited to how much that can be done about it.

    In general, EA code expires in 1 week is way too short. Some package actually takes up to 15 days to deliver because of the custom clearance, and yet SE did not adjust for those custom clearance which requires 2-3 days additional and it may lead up to 2 weeks after the official launch.

    by June 27th, we can't ducking play the game because of messed up shipping and we paid $15 sub already for a 1 week locked out. Super great.

    They really need to do something sbout this! We PAID And SUBSCRIBED! Either extend the Early Access or give us our damn registration code.

    Indeed, I am still not sure why we are still held as hostage for legit player accounts. Matter of security or not, we already god dam paid $200 CAD for it, did not receive anything + on top $15 monthly hit us a lock in our face. All I see is to ask for refund back those possible 5 days or more if the package is still not arrive on Friday.

    In Customs since the 22nd here. At best you'd get it on Monday if it clears tomorrow; sometimes they try to clear things before the weekend.

    My tracking info looks exactly the same. Also in Montreal. And as my SO pointed out to me, I've updated the game to a heavensward version, so even though I have alts that are >50 and not Au Ra, I most likely still won't be able to play. This is entirely unacceptable. They should at the veeery least, extend early access to cover their butts for this, and if not then I expect to get some free game time to cover the time I'm locked out :< I've payed over $200 for something I can't play?!?! Are you kidding me?

    Adding my name to this list. Sitting in Montreal since the 23rd, still not cleared customs. Customer support was useless. I was told that extending early access would be a decision that would have to be made in Japan, but they were collecting reports, whatever that means. I have half a mind to call my credit card company next and report the charge as fraudulent. 660 days subscribed and now this crap after I've just paid in excess of $230...
