EXTEND THE EARLY ACCESS!!!!!

Yeah, this sucks. Really does not give me a pleasant feeling where it comes to buying directly from SE.
It's one thing to simply not get the CE box, but a whole other to also get locked out because of it.
I'm not personally affected by this but I felt like throwing my own two cents in. The fact that these guys paid above and beyond for a physical collector's edition only to find they are locked from playing is a bit harsh. It may not be square enix's fault, but it could be something they could help alleviate the pain with. Normally I'm a fan of "it's not a quick fix" and so forth, but even I feel that extended the early access codes to cover the weekend would help somewhat towards this. Anyone who has early access at the moment activated will have more than likely picked up their copies, so extended it until monday would not do much damage in the long run.
My issue was actually caused directly by SE.
They didn't add my phone number to the package, so DHL had no way to contact me and deliver the package. They have somehow got to my phone yesterday, and are supposed to deliver today, so now I just need to hope they will manage before 3pm...
I thought I was the only one caught in this issue :/, I'm from Canada as well. Mines is stuck in that customs hell, and here I though customs clearance was a good thing or a right step at least. They say mods check the forms on a daily bases so I hope someone see this and extends the EA.
But I feel like everyone caught in this will be losing play time which is a shame, and I prolly won't be ordering from SE online again cause of this terrible experience.
The lack of response or acknowledgment to this matter is quite disturbing. When enough PS4 players couldn't play Heavensward content, the matter got looked into and was acknowledged. I understand that it was easier for them to look into that problem. But nevertheless, just seeing a lack of response from Square Enix on the matter makes it look like they brush off a part of their customer base and are going with the "Deal with it" way. Hopefully, we see something soon because there's not much time left.
That or they're already looking into it and saying nothing until they have something to report. Really sad to wake up and still have no update on this. The lockout time is getting pretty close. : /
Mine says it's in the hub before it delivers to my house...expected delivery isn't till Monday...So I'm screwed. Really wish they would comment on this issue....really pisses me off I paid for the faster shipping and some how it still got here late.
