Dissipate overpowered?

At best it's 3 Energy Drains, and the 20% helps you float until you can summon your pet again. It doesn't relly work as an "Oh Shi-" button since you have to set-up to make the most out of it, and you probably want your fairy in those type of situations too to slow the MP burn.

The problem with using it for 3 Energy Drains is that you'll lose the MP you gained once you resummon her; especially in longer fights, Dissipation for MP is a poor use, you're better off using it for Lustrates or Indomitability.

Until, of course, with better gear, Energy Drain starts restoring more MP due to higher MP pools. Then using it for that would be more beneficial.
