The text isn't really that hard to interpret, but I guess I can't say that for everyone; especially since English is a second language to me. I'll give it a shot, but honestly, I really prefer if they don't waste resources on this. An option would be nice, but as it is, I would prefer they don't. Apologies in advance if I get anything wrong.
"By Her blessings, you have bested me. You have earned my ears, mortal. Speak, and I shall listen to your plight."
<Player speaks to Midgardsormr>
"Guided by a star...? Heh heh heh. My kin will see to Ishgard's destruction. Ishgard shall burn."
<Player looks agitated>
"The people of Ishgard must pay for the deeds of their ancestors. We shall not forgive, nor will we forget."
<Player shakes his head in disagreement>
"My seven children, one of which has already heard the call to retribution, cannot be stopped."
"I awaken to answer the call to war."
"You are powerless to silence us, mortal. However, fear not, your life shall be put to better use as a pawn. Your time is up."
<Blessing of Light protects the player>
"Hmph. Hydaelyn's blessing protects you from my thrall. This frail, ignoble creature is not only gifted, but also chosen."
"Hear me, Hydaelyn! I remember... and I consent."
<The light fades away>
"Do not be afraid, mortal... what I am about to do, by no means, has naught any intention to harm you."
<Midgardsormr dispels the Blessing of Light>
"Heh heh heh. Do you think me as an oathbreaker?"
"You are sorely mistaken. Should you come to harm, it is by another's hand, not mine."
"I have only stripped you of Hydaelyn's feeble blessing. You did gain much from Her grace, but no more."
<Mini-me Midgardsormr pops up>
"The covenant binds me to you. I shall watch... listen... and wait. Fight and struggle, if it is your wish."
"Man has always coveted things that lie beyond his grasp. You, mortal, are no exception."
"I take much from Her to sustain myself until I can find another anew. When the time comes, those who repent for their sins will be spared."
"The Dragonsong heralds a beginning... and an end."
I don't know if this is similar to what you are looking for since you did not give me anything to go on with what you wanted. Some examples would have been nice while I was typing this out. Though, can't say I didn't try.
