I wouldn't expect Asylum to be affected by anything, since it's a field AoE. You won't target anyone with it, rather they'll gain an effect like Succor when inside that will grant them a HoT. I'm not sure of Essential Dignity's specifics, but Tetragrammaton is percent based rather than potency based, and won't be affected regardless.

Asylum still has a potency value so it should be affected in the same ways Lustrate, Indomitably, and Tetragrammaton is.

Also, Tetragrammaton is a 700 Potency heal on a 60 second cooldown. Essential Dignity is AST's version of an instant heal - potency 400 at a 60 second cooldown.
