I have actually posted this statement in the "No more Accuracy bla bla" thread, but since that thread has been derailed all the way to heaven, I figured I'll make a topic for this.

Bard has a skill named Rain of Death : http://xivdb.com/?skill/117/Rain-of-Death
The main thing regarding this skill is it reduces evasion by 10% for 20 seconds.

In 2.X series, this skill is a weaponskill costing around 100~200 TP, thus it is completely ignored by most bards.

In 3.0, this skill has been changed to become an oGCD skill sharing the same recast timer as Bloodletter (means their River of Blood trait can proc for this skill as well).

Bloodletter is 150 potency, RoD is 100 potency.
The trade off of 50 potency for 20 seconds of higher hit rate for Healers is completely justified IMHO.

If you wanna DPS during raid/Ex Primals, communicate with your bard on when/which phase you're able to DPS so he can slap on that debuff for that period of time.
