Amazon pre-order code does not include early access

Just cancel your order and order from SE instead. Btw, I thought all pre-orders would include an early access code?

I cannot cancel my order since the code was already registered to my account. Not without a hassle with customer service. Amazon has always been good to me, but if I don't have the code by the time I get off of work, I'm going to do this anyway.
