Amazon pre-order code does not include early access

For those who pre-ordered through amazon, be aware that even though they said the code contains heavensward and early access, it actually only applies heavensward to your account but does not give you an early access code or apply it to your account. I've been waiting more than 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone over at amazon customer service. Hopefully a forum moderator sees this and can help with the problem.

Let everyone know what you find out. Amazon advertised early access with pre-orders. This is some false advertising BS.

Some of the game codes automatically include Early-Access though. Even under SE's site it says that (there's a part about skipping a step if you're given the 20-digit code right off the bat).
I'm still having trouble updating the client, it's stuck in 2.0 mode even though everything is registered in the Mogstation.

Actually it totally does. I'm all registered and thus fine to log in, I just don't have the thing that tells the game that I can download and play heavensward right now.

Yeah, I tried emailing them about it three times, and I keep getting the same canned response. The response is so quick, I'm not sure a human even sees emails related to serial keys, so that's a waste of time.

Heavensward is registered on my Mog Station, but I'm stuck with the 2.0 client.

I contacted their service representive about not received pre-order code at all. I told them the early access already started.
The person reply me (not exactly word by word): please read the webpage it only says June/19/2015.
I /rage-cancelled the order and order from official store.

now it turns out to doesn't matter anyway... can't get in Excalibur...

I guess amazon still do not understand the term "early access" -_- i did the same thing and now i am sititng here beyond pissed off at them.when is a GM or a Dev going to post and try to help everyone.....

If we bought the game from amazon, we can only play content from 2.0 and not heavensward. So we can still log in but just not do anything new.

I pre ordered through Amazon and got my early access code about 2 weeks ago, and it is indeed early access... But I'm UK I suppose?

US Amazon customer here. Registered my code received about 12:45 UTC-6 and the MogStation shows that I have 0 characters on 0 worlds, but I do have the circles under HW and the CE, the same as my ARR access, but I cannot patch. :| Wondering if it's worth calling or emailing them if everyone else is getting the cold shoulder.
