Amazon pre-order code does not include early access

US Amazon customer here. Registered my code received about 12:45 UTC-6 and the MogStation shows that I have 0 characters on 0 worlds, but I do have the circles under HW and the CE, the same as my ARR access, but I cannot patch. :| Wondering if it's worth calling or emailing them if everyone else is getting the cold shoulder.

From what I heard the customer support said that they'd be sending out "EARLY ACCESS" codes seperate from the pre-order code. So you're getting two codes most likely.

They said they'd be sending them out through the day (19th) so you'll just have to be patient. I'm waiting for mine and checking my email.

Heard from where? Did you call or email? Can anyone verify they received two codes; together or separate?

That's what I'm guessing, I called amazon and asked on the 17th if we'd be getting early access codes. The customer support told me they'd be sent through the email to everyone who pre-ordered and so that's why I'm guessing it's two.

I cancelled my amazon order @ 20 mins ago.
completed the order from SE store 10 mins ago.
already have the early-access code mailed to me and registered now.

Ah, that could be it. I may have gotten the expansion code right away but not the special early access code. It's just odd that it says the early access code is taken after it accepted it as an expansion code, not that it's invalid.

Okay I'm quoting this from the US Amazon Heavensward Digital CE page:

Both Early Access and DLC will be run through one combined code that will be emailed before the Early Access period begins. Once customers receive the codes, they will have to go to Square’s dedicated website, select their platform, and another code will be generated. They then take this other code and enter it into either PSN (PS3/PS4) or MogStation (PC).

The MogStation took the first code they gave me and generated no additional code, so this sounds misleading. There is no mention of two codes at the start -- one for the expansion, and then another for Early Access + DLC.

Let us know any details you get out of them. I have to go to work sadly so won't be able to deal with this until Monday (and I'd hate to miss early-acess thanks to an Amazon screw up).

So I'm trying to fix this mess for my roomate and just for I laugh, Heavensward Digital Download is now down to 1 1/2 stars on Amazon XD.
