Stats adjustments

Everything in this game is linear. Linear = the more you have, you will see a straight gain. Every stat works like this. Crit is not exponential

Right now it is - in Heavensward CRT will be exponential. Read the patchnotes and OP before posting.

We get higher values of stats at 60, stats need to be rebalanced.

As stat conversion changes based on level, increasing the levelcap doesn't mean you'd have to rebalance stats.

Auto-Attack is removed from DET because it was signficantly stronger for any class with auto-attack than SS and DET.
SS is buffed because the more DoTs you had contributing to your damage, the worse SS was.

CRT is buffed for no obvious reason. Instead of linear it is now exponential (the more CRT you have, the more value each point of CRT has). I don't get why CRT was even touched.
