    Yea that Crit change gets me imagining popping Internal Release while having a DRG pop Battle Litany and applying/seeing some high/fast DoT ticks.

    It has me giddy for the BRDs. @_@

    On topic, though, I still wonder if GL3 will affect dot damage. It'd be pretty broken if so, but it still seems like something to test.

    Considering it's a buff that effects our Skill Speed, it most certainly will.

    Correction, it affects your Attack Speed, which is some form of base speed increase on your autos and GCDs. Skill Speed itself doesn't get impacted by Greased Lightning in any way, so I'd have to assume no.
