How can SE improve PvP?

- PvP Rank Grind - High ilvl stuff shouldn't be as gated (Rank 40 is a pretty crazy grind for newer players), instead award cool cosmetics at higher ranks. If this becomes a concern for PvE they could increase morale to make it a similar ilvl instead.

I dont know where you see a problem in here.
i90 pvp gear = Cheap, easy to obtain, sometimes bis and without rank restrictions, so newbies can get very close to end game pvp if they want to (in terms of gear).
i100-110 = glamour wich should be gated to keep players into frontlines.

Honestly, i like the system as it is now.
