How can SE improve PvP?

Does everyone agree that melees dps could use a reliable ranged slow beside Weapon throw? The cooldown is 90sec (60 if upgraded). Most casters have a spammable ranged slow or the sleep spam =/ It's so easy to get out of melee range if you just keep running.

Well Qs seems a bit faster lately but I still think GC restrictions should be removed but if the whole system is tied to it give us like a check box to join a free for all. And if we want the rewards / achievements we can either unchecked it or go in pre made

I'd be nice if they let players switch grandcompanies for 50,000 gil just by talking to the gc vendor you want to switch too. That way players who don't like to wait long ques or want to party up with there friends can switch accordingly. Sure you lose your rank but it's not that bad to level up, right?

the first step is listening and opening up transparent discussion. not just saying you listen and then leaving pvp to rot.

That would be a huge deal breaker to me I'm at 47 now working up to 50 and to restart at 0 would be FML.

This is why pvp fails. There isn't much incentive you play when you get obliterated every match so the only people switch gc's are transferring to the best grand company. Not only is there no incentive to try to fix pvp there's a massive penalty.
Possible solutions
1.remove gc restrictions .
2 add a proto omega mount for reaching rank 60 in each of the 3 grand companies and the title " I wasted my life pvping"
3. Significantly boost xp , while the xp from the weekly challenge log is about 6000 xp at level 59 at rank 30 it's only about 600xp.
4.If you've reached max rank on one gc you should get the same 50% ex bonus you get in pve to help rank up a different gc.
5. Add party chart. Sometimes I die when I'm typing out how bad other people are.

How can they improve it? Improve the queue disaster and PVP will function and flourish.
