2: leveling them like everybody else is the flipping point. Keep it fair by keeping it gated. Nobody can get an unfair advantage on progressing the new jobs using the enhanced 3.0 MSQ XP bonuses, because one cannot roll said jobs on a new character.

I know... in increasing frequency thanks to the many migrations from WOW to XIV.

It still really bugs me, lol.
We were calling them toons long before WoW.
