For SCH, I'm still learning the best way to do it myself.

I can't help much for whm, but..

1) you can time these two at the very end of the last pull with experience

2) I like to swiftcast shadow flare for big pullsm or start with dots and bane on small pulls

3) I would lustrate to extend or swap and stay to avoid the gcd going back

5) miasma 2 is lowest priority and only for large pulls (5+ I think? Otherwise ruin ii is higher dps)

If pulls are really fast, I will sometimes end up slow casting shadow flares in between swiftcast cooldowns. Sounds good though!
