Cure 3's not registering?

So, I've noticed a few times that my Cure 3s aren't registering. It happens on T13, stacking for Gigaflare and several times on T11. It's exceedingly annoying when most of the party dies from a system error

Also, I'm not an idiot lol. I didn't target the MT for Cure 3 or anything lol

Sometimes target change doesn't register and you cast your heal on the last target you had targeted (which will most likely be the tank). So it's possible your cure IIIs are suffering from that. Either that or a macro or something is interrupting your cast, check your battle log when that happens to see if you're healing someone or it just says interrupted for some reason.

Oh, after a few missex cure 3s, I made sure to check. The Log didn't say I casted any Cure 3s (the log was actually missing several of my heals, which I didn't know.), but I had elsewhere confirmation that I had casted Cure 3. I thought it was only an issue in T13, but it happened in T11 a few times. I do notice that it happens when I time the Cure 3 with a mechanic.
