Complex mechanics ultimately ruin my DPS.
lol As a newly leveling tank, I can say holding agro with people that are greatly over geared is a nice challenge. I always state that I'm either new to tanking this particular dungeon (and get the "oh no, run" grief, all good fun) or just go in say hello and hope they realize they are grossly out gearing me. Except for sunken temple when people don't know bees take priority and die on doom, then it becomes wipe fest 2015. but no, don't listen to the undergeared tank, hes a newbie lol.

Had a DF T10 the other day. I was fighting for top DPS as MT in Shield Oath (STR Specd though)
After a few solid attempts I had to politely say we weren't going to beat enrage.
Average ilvl 124 with Echo.....
While it's stupid getting angry over someone telling you(well, all DPS) that you have to do more DPS... it kinda is annoying listening to people saying it too.
"DPS why are we pushing phases so slow? It's creating more chaos for all of us when we aren't pushing phases properly. Also we're going to hit enrage."
First thing I think is, "Oh, I'm sorry, thought it would be easier if I just produced less DPS, I'll actually try getting high DPS the next time!" (sarcastically if someone didn't get that)
Get what I mean? It's not like telling a healer to do x or y, and the tank to pick up an add at x point or whatever... Telling DPS to get higher DPS is unnecessary.
You can say that DPS is a little low or something though.
It's also pretty annoying hearing someone say that, and you look at the numbers, and you're getting well above what is considered good for your job, while the rest is really low.... Especially when the one saying the group have low DPS, is miles behind you too.
Idk why ppl feel the need to insult others because one or more members of the group aren't pulling their own weight.
Just leave the group and join a static if you feel the need to enforce performance on everyone that doesn't live up to your standard or the games minimal requirements.
Otherwise you're just injecting yourself into the situation intentionally so your can be objectionable to something. Like looking for trouble on purpose. Drama feeder type stuff.
Tanks and healers can do really big impact for dps too. If you look at this video pld can do 475 warrior 483 scholar 384 whm 339 without echo in t10.
