In fact, it still thinks I haven't bought the PS4 version even though I can freely download it. I performed the PS3 to PS4 transfer in February, so maybe it has something to do with this. Still, major oversight that needs to be looked into.

Same here. I've heard that Sony didn't want ARR to be offered up for free, is this some kind of strike back at everyone who got it for free using the Upgrade Campaign?
I, along with several other players who upgraded free from the PS3 version, am having the same problem. I really hope a dev can issue some sort of statement about it soon.

Posted this in another thread as wellI tried calling Sony support and they said that the store is being upgraded all day every Tuesday so that could be interferring with what we are seeing and they commented to try it later after the PSN store maintenance is over.
Also, they verified that I had A realm reborn listed under my account for the PS4.
