The (minor) toxicity issue that people overblow on the forums

Its always amusing to see people downplay the negative behavior that being able to freely harass people with parser numbers brings. Give personal parsers so players in statics can learn and improve, but adding it freely to be spammed in PUG content is just wishing and praying for toxic behavior.
