Should Alexander hard drop highest item level gear?

I thought the intent was to provide mid-core content.
Are extreme primals content for masses? JP DF would probably suggest a yes. EX primal level would be a pretty decent point. Or at the very least HM primals as they were in 2.0.
If it's just a faceroll joke raid why even put any rewards in?

The fact they are limiting the amount of rewards you can get should be a pretty good indicator of it's difficulty to me. What other gear has weekly limits? Poetics (easy) and Crystal Tower (also easy).

Ex Primals never had limited gear because they were more difficult to beat. But you are right. Its pretty much just speculation and people will decide for themselves how difficult they find the content.
