Thank You Shrimp for helping Unaki with his posting issues. Shrimp and Penguin, though we had our personality issues when i filled in to help your static, and throughout time in Tribe I wish you the best with whatever FC you have chosen.


Responding to Unaki, you are incorrect when you state that the WoW community does not require member notes. They have the same member notes as described in here.

Regarding why you were removed. No you were not removed for a toxic personality, yes you were removed for missing our one and only required attendance event (If people were online during this time, and were also provided 2 weeks prior notice with much update and guild information ingame of happening). After removing you we had a discussion where we were both level headed and you described to me that you were trying to get there but kept getting lost. Because you were trying and although you did not ask for help we reinstated your membership without issue.

In regards to people making note against you forming static with your friend and being told it was not inclusive and elitist, that was a member that discussed that with you and did not appreciate it. One that we discussed with after as well.

I am sorry but you both were misinformed.

Regarding Mumble: We always encourage people to join mumble while playing to socialize, mumble is required for raids and current content progression in the guild, nothing more, nothing less.

You even insisted on muscling every alt you had into each raid group and rule all of them. I don't know about you but isn't that a little unfair to people wanting to raid because you have to have a character in them especially when you boot people out for seeking groups outside of Tribe due to lack of internal interest? Seems like the video game equivalent of North Korea to me. (You know, one supreme ruler, can't enter or you're stuck for life.)

I only made alts to be more active in the FC for our members and to help fill in. When it came time to leave a morning static for another permanent member that could do the job well, I did just that.

Furthermore I don't wish and never wished you ill will/thought you OR Antivia were toxic people. Even people who left badly i don't wish ill will. Is it disappointing when active members leave? Sure. But it's also just as important to know that not everyone will like this FC.

BTW, the membership feedback thread with the google doc submission was overwhelmingly positive and gave some notes on things to work on that we took in stride and worked towards. It was also not deleted.
